Dr. C.V. Raman University Bilaspur (CVRU Bilaspur) is the first private university in Chhattisgarh, having been established in 2006. Its open and distance learning programs for MBA, BBA, BLIB, and BCOM have been approved by the Distance Education Bureau.Only one private university in Chhattisgarh received approval for distance learning courses.
