Apex Professional University (APU) is a statutory university established by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh vide Act 07 of the year 2013 and approved by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, New Delhi u/s 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956 as State Private University.

Apex Professional University (APU) is part of the Apex Education Group and a manifestation of the divine vision of Revered Acharya Dhanwant Singh to establish Pioneer Gurukul in Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) on the lines of ancient Gurukul – Nalanda and Taxila.
